    MaGrath Strata understands the importance owners corporations place on rectifying maintenance issues quickly, and with as little disruption to property residents as possible.

    We not only provide our clients with a 24 hour, 7 day a week service for common area maintenance, but also the convenience of being able to access and contact contractor details anytime they require work done within their own lot.

    MaGrath Strata provides a list of contractors that MaGrath Strata are confident to use because they meet all the risk management criteria we have deemed necessary.


    The listed contractors all:

  • Hold the correct licence or certificates to carry out the work they do
  • Hold all insurances required, with evidence of them being current
  • If applicable, have a registered trading name or incorporation of a company
    (which is covered by the insurance)
  • Undertake to comply with Work Cover and OH&S requirements of the state in which
    they operate

    Emergency maintenance

    If urgent maintenance work is required after normal office hours, owners should use the emergency contact number provided by their MaGrath Strata Manager. These give owners access to qualified property service professionals who will attend to issues in a timely and professional manner. Unexpected events such as a blocked toilet, broken glass, or internal flooding can all be addressed by our after hours service.
